Step 3: Marketing Campaign
  Our team of ACA and MBA qualified experts combine ‘hands-on’ transactional experience with a vast network of buyers and deal makers to seek out your buyer.  Price is driven by good preparation and the quality/quantity of buyers.
Step 4: Controlling Information
  Absolutely crucial role for an advisor is to control what, when and how to release commercially sensitive information. Our process has been crafted to maximise and protect your value throughout.
Step 5: Negotiating Terms
  We’re experts at creating exit solutions and negotiating terms and work in partnership with award winning corporate finance partners at Dow Schofield Watts
Step 6: Project Management
  Our prime role is to project manage a deal to completion, helping to maximise and protect value throughout. 'Time kills deals' so we co-ordinate with all parties to ensure the smoothest path to completion
