Jerry trained as a Chartered Accountant with Langtons in Liverpool more years ago than he cares to remember and subsequently spent a number of years as Finance Director within a North West based aerospace engineering group.
Jerry honed his softer skills during a Cranfield MBA and now combines these with an extensive range of technical and transactional experiences to provide clients with the best advice relating to future strategy and sale options.
Andrew Weaver
Andrew works with SME clients to develop and deliver value added exit strategies. His personable style is supported by years of commercial experience and analytical skills developed during an MBA at Cranfield School of Management.
Current work portfolio includes a range of sale mandates, an overseas acquisition, strategic and exit planning reviews and retained advisory work. He also manages our unique DIY sales service www.sellmybusinessonline.co.uk.

Craig trained as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG and subsequently spent 10 years with KPMG Corporate Finance. He joined Dow Schofield Watts in May 2006, prior to which he spent three years leading the Corporate Finance practice for PM&M in Lancashire.
Craig has received numerous awards including North West Business Insider "Corporate Finance Advisor of the Year" and "Dealmaker of the Year" in Lancashire. In 2004 he was awarded the inaugural Business Advisor of the Year by the North West Society of Chartered Accountants.
James Dow
James was with KPMG for eighteen years, latterly being the Corporate Finance partner in charge of the North West region, before resigning in 2002 to launch Dow Schofield Watts LLP.
James has won numerous awards including best accountant in the "En Deals of the Year Awards 2001" and "Dealmaker of the Year 2006" in the Insider Deal Awards.
He is also the co-author of Private Equity : Law and Practice and has particular expertise in deal and debt structuring.
James was one of the founding partners of Dow Schofield Watts LLP in 2002 since when they have completed more than 50 deals with an aggregate value in excess of £1.5billion.
Jon Schofield
Jon worked for KPMG for eleven years before joining a venture capital backed buyout. Subsequently he was a Corporate Finance and Due Diligence partner at Grant Thornton for five years.
Jon left Grant Thornton to take up the position of Finance Director and latterly Chief Executive of Cammell Laird Holdings Plc. At Cammell Laird Jon completed a number of UK and International acquisitions and raised a corporate bond of 125m euros.
Jon was also a founding partner of Dow Schofield Watts LLP.
