Daresbury Company Sales (“DCS”) was established as a joint venture in March 2008 to provide an independent, partner led service that helps facilitate company sales valued > £500,000.

DCS provide significant commercial experience with transactional expertise, both of which are enhanced by our operational partnership with award winning corporate financiers at Dow Schofield Watts.

Our motivation is to generate maximum value for clients alongside which we provide operational transparency to help de-mystify the sale process. This is most evident with our online deal tracking facility that allows DCS clients 24/7 access to key transactional information affecting their sale.

The DCS partnership is successful because we’re committed to delivering the best possible result for our clients and because of our open approach we’re accessible, responsive and proactive.
