Daresbury Company Sales LLP help people to buy and sell companies.   We work primarily within the mid-range deal size >£250k and our main focus is to maximise and protect clients value during the sale process itself, though we often work with clients pre-sale to help shape and prepare the business for sale.  

For the very small business, we've created a unique DIY business sale service, www.sellmybusinessonline.co.uk that provides owners with a marketing campaign and process based on our own transactional experience and helps to deliver a high value, low cost route to sale that was traditionally beyond the smaller business. 

We also work in partnership with Dow Schofield Watts www.dswcf.com, an award winning corporate finance practice.   This enables us to deliver a wide range of transactional expertise and experience to clients of any size.  It's a unique combination. 

What we are not is a volume transfer agent or broker.  We ensure that every client receives the highest value of advice relevant to their requirements.

If they're not ready to sell, we tell them;  If alternative options are available, we tell them;  If they need more time to prepare, we tell them.   

Unfortunately, some agents focus greater resource on acquiring businesses to sell than actually selling them so they're comfortable providing glossy promises and excessive valuations.  We are totally committed to providing candid, honest advice that enables our clients to make the right decisions at a business critical time.
